On November 12, 2011, I have the privilege of heading up the Luce Forward team to help save homeless youth.  Together, we are walking 5K in an effort to raise funds to benefit The Storefront, San Diego's Emergency Shelter for 12-17 year olds and for House of Hope Beds for 18-24 year olds.  I have been volunteering on a weekly basis with San Diego Youth Service's Outreach Program, where I have encountered many tragic situations, too many to list here.  Available programs and resources are being reduced, but I assure you the need is still there.  These kids are desperate.  They have been abused and abandoned.  I hope you will join me and make a small contribution to this cause.  Together, we can make a difference.
