San Diego's 2000 Homeless Teens (ages 12 - 17) & 4000 Homeless Young Adults (ages 18 - 24) NEED YOUR HELP!

After hosting a BBQ and meeting some of the teens at the Storefront Shelter earlier this year, we have been INSPIRED by the efforts to get teens and young adults OFF the streets in San Diego. We really CAN make a difference - each and every one of us. Photocharity is putting on an amazing event to continue their outstanding success ($1.6 million have been raised in the past 10 years) and we want to be part of it!

At least one of the options below is right for YOU - please choose your level of participation and act TODAY:

I HOPE very much that our enthusiasm for these kids and for the people who do everything in their power to provide a safe place to spend the night will touch your hearts!  As the Team Captain, I want to be your cheerleader & your pestering reminder to spread the word via email, to engage people in conversation, and to solicit SUPPORT in any way you can.

I hope for ALL of us to have an equal responsibility to reach our hefty fundraising goal! Next time you have lunch with a friend, ask for $5 so we can buy lunch for a teenager who otherwise wouldn't have anything to eat. Be creative! Get them excited! Join the Team or start your own! We ARE doing something good & positive for young people who really NEED us!
